Delete it yourself (immediate)
- Open the Tianxi Destiny app, or the web version at tianxihub.com, and sign in.
- Go to 我的 (Me) → 注销账号 (Delete account).
- Tick “I understand” and tap 永久注销 (Delete permanently). If you signed in a while ago, you will be asked to verify your email once more.

Email [email protected] from the address you registered with,
subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 working days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, sign-in sessions on every device, and the optional contact details you entered.
- Everything stored under it: charts kept in the cloud, generated reports, compatibility (合盘) reports, Yuanbao balance and transaction records, and all other in-app records.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The only thing kept is a one-way fingerprint of your email address
(it cannot be turned back into the address), used solely to stop the new-member gift being claimed again by re-registering.
Charts saved only on your own device are not on our servers; remove them in the app or by uninstalling it.
Payment receipts held by the payment provider (Google Play or our web payment processor) follow that provider's own retention rules.
注销账号
自己注销(立即生效)
- 打开天禧运程 App,或网页版 tianxihub.com,登录天禧号;
- 进入「我的」→「注销账号」;
- 勾选「我已了解」,点「永久注销」。登录时间较久的,会请你再验证一次邮箱。

用注册时的邮箱发信到 [email protected],
标题写「注销天禧号」。我们会在 7 个工作日内删除并回信确认。
会删掉什么
- 账号本身:邮箱、所有设备上的登录状态、你自愿填写的联系方式;
- 名下全部数据:云端保管的命盘、生成的报告、合盘存档、缘宝余额与收支记录,以及其他软件内记录。
注销是永久的,无法恢复。删除后只留一个由邮箱单向加密生成的指纹(无法还原出邮箱),仅用来防止注销再注册重复领取新人礼。
只存在你自己设备上的命盘不在我们服务器上,可在软件里删除或卸载软件清除。
付款渠道(Google Play 或网页版收款服务商)保存的付款凭证,按该渠道自己的规则保留。
