1. What we collect

• Account: your email address (to sign in) and your sign-in sessions.
• Birth details you enter, for yourself or for people you chart: date and time of birth, gender, birthplace, and calculation options. These are required to produce a chart.
• Labels you choose for charts, such as “Me” or “Mom”. We do not ask for real names.
• Content we generate for you: monthly and yearly reports, and compatibility (合盘) reports, which include the two people’s birth details and labels.
• Charts kept in the cloud (members only, and only if you choose it when saving a chart).
• Other in-app records: on the web version, fortune-stick draws, lamps and talismans, including the names and optional birth pillars you enter for them and any wish text you write.
• Yuanbao and purchases: your Yuanbao balance and transaction history; for purchases, the order number, item and amount.
• Optional contact details you choose to add (phone, WeChat, Telegram, WhatsApp, Line).
• Technical data: IP address, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, device identifiers or advertising ID. The Android app requests no permission other than internet access.

2. How we use it

• To calculate charts and write your reports, which is the core of the service;
• To keep your reports and saved charts so you can use them on any device;
• To send sign-in codes, prevent abuse, and credit the Yuanbao you buy.

We do not sell your data, do not show ads, and do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Who receives it

• Cloudflare: hosts the website and API and stores account data.
• Our charting server: receives birth details only to compute the chart. It does not store them, and its logs never record request contents.
• SiliconFlow, an AI text service in China: to turn the conclusions of our own engine into readable prose, we send it the chart’s four pillars, gender and the derived conclusions. We never send your email, labels or the date and time of birth. It performs no fortune-telling calculation.
• Resend: delivers sign-in codes to your email address.
• Google Play (Android app) and Dodo Payments (web version): process payments. We never see your card details.
• Authorities, only when the law clearly requires it.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

4. How long we keep it

• Reports: 1 year after their last update. Cloud charts: 1 year after you last opened them, up to 10 per account.
• Compatibility reports: the latest 100 per account. Fortune-stick draws: 7 days.
• Sign-in codes: 10 minutes. Sign-in sessions: 30 days. IP rate-limit counters: up to 2 days.
• Everything else (account, Yuanbao records, lamps, talismans, contact details): until you delete your account.
• After you delete your account, we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email address (it cannot be turned back into the address), used solely to tell whether that address has already received the new-member gift, so the gift is not claimed again by deleting and re-registering.

Charts you keep only on your device never reach our servers. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it removes them.

5. Your choices and account deletion

• View your reports in 运册 and delete any of them there.
• Delete your account in the app: 我的 (Me) → 注销账号 (Delete account). This removes your account and everything stored under it immediately and permanently.
• Or follow tianxihub.com/delete-account.html, or email us. We act within 7 working days.

6. Age

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

7. Nature of the content

Content is based on traditional Chinese metaphysical culture and is provided for cultural reference and entertainment only. It is not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. We make no predictions about life and death and no promises of “accurate prediction” or “changing your fate”.

一、我们收集什么

• 账号:注册登录用的电子邮箱,以及登录状态。
• 你填的出生信息(给自己或给别人排盘):出生年月日时、性别、出生地、口径开关。没有它算不出任何结果。
• 你给命盘起的代号,如「自己」「妈妈」。我们不要求真实姓名。
• 为你生成的内容:月度、年度报告;合盘报告(含两人的出生信息与代号)。
• 云端保管的命盘(会员功能,存盘时你自己勾选才存)。
• 其他软件内记录:网页版的求签、点灯、请符记录,含你为此填写的名字、可选的四柱,以及你写的心愿。
• 缘宝与购买:缘宝余额与收支记录;购买时的订单号、商品与金额。
• 你自愿填写的联系方式(电话、微信、Telegram、WhatsApp、Line,全部选填)。
• 技术记录:网络地址(IP),只用于防刷和限流。

我们不收集通讯录、相册、位置、设备识别码或广告标识。安卓 App 除联网外不申请任何权限。

二、用来做什么

• 排盘、写报告,这是本服务的核心;
• 保存你的报告与命盘,换设备也能接着看;
• 发登录验证码、防止恶意刷量、给你发放购买的缘宝。

我们不卖你的数据,不投广告,也不拿你的数据做广告或用户画像。

三、谁会接触到

• Cloudflare:运行网站与接口、存储账号数据。
• 我们自己的排盘服务器:收到出生信息只用来算盘,不保存;日志只记访问路径,从不记请求内容。
• 硅基流动(SiliconFlow,位于中国的 AI 文字服务商):把我们自家引擎得出的结论润色成通顺长文。交给它的只有命盘四柱、性别和推算结论, 不给邮箱、代号和出生日期时间;它不参与任何命理推算。
• Resend:把验证码发到你的邮箱。
• Google Play(安卓 App)与 Dodo Payments(网页版):处理付款,我们接触不到你的银行卡信息。
• 法律法规明确要求时,依法配合。

数据传输全程加密(HTTPS)。

四、保存多久

• 报告:最后一次更新后保存 1 年。云端命盘:最后一次打开后保存 1 年,每个账号最多 50 张。
• 合盘报告:每个账号保留最近 100 份。求签记录:7 天。
• 验证码:10 分钟。登录状态:30 天。IP 限流计数:最长 2 天。
• 其余(账号、缘宝记录、灯、符、联系方式):保存到你注销账号为止。
• 注销后,我们只保留一个由邮箱单向加密生成的指纹(无法还原出邮箱),仅用来判断这个邮箱是否领过新人礼,防止注销再注册重复领取。

只存在你自己设备上的命盘不会到我们服务器;清除软件数据或卸载软件即清除。

五、你的权利与注销

• 在「运册」里查看你的全部报告,也可以逐份删除。
• 注销账号:软件内「我的」→「注销账号」,账号与名下全部数据立即永久删除。
• 也可以按 tianxihub.com/delete-account.html 的说明操作,或写信给我们,7 个工作日内处理。

六、年龄

本服务面向 18 周岁以上的成年人。

七、内容性质

本服务内容基于传统命理文化整理,仅供文化参考与娱乐,不构成任何医疗、投资、法律或其他专业建议。 我们不预测生死寿命,也不做任何「精准预测」「改运」的承诺。生活的方向盘,始终在你自己手上。
